With 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Pedro Massai has specialized in supplier development consulting, bringing a strategic perspective focused on industrial Business Intelligence. His work has been directed at helping companies improve their business intelligence management in order to achieve a stronger value proposition that matches the industrial demands they are targeting. He has also been actively involved in the development of industrial mining market studies that help identify trends and opportunities, leading to better investment and business decisions. His experience extends well beyond consulting: he has held roles as company director, general manager, and commercial manager, giving him a comprehensive view of how businesses are managed and grown. This is complemented by a significant track record in international business, always with a focus on industrial products, which has allowed him to develop a global perspective on the industry.
Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of building professional relationships with some of the most relevant companies in the mining industry, including Minera Escondida, Minera Collahuasi, BHP, Anglo American, Antofagasta Minerals, 3M, Finning, Salfacorp, Sigdo Koppers, ABB, Aza, Enaex, and several others. On the academic side, he holds a degree in Business Administration (Ingeniero Comercial) from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a specialization in Accelerated Innovation Management under the TRIZ model, trained through UFSM and ICG (Switzerland).
He is Managing Director of Stratum and is also in charge of commercial matters.
